AIR SERVICES Clause Samples
The AIR SERVICES clause defines the terms and conditions under which air transportation services are provided between parties. It typically outlines the scope of services, such as passenger or cargo transport, the standards of operation, and any regulatory compliance requirements that must be met. For example, it may specify the routes, schedules, and types of aircraft to be used, as well as responsibilities for safety and insurance. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of their obligations and expectations regarding air services, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
