Common use of Air Space Clause in Contracts

Air Space. A public right of flight through the air space above the surface of the Premises and Preferential Use Premises. This public right of flight will include the right to cause or allow in said airspace, any noise inherent in the operation of any aircraft used for navigation or flight through said airspace or landing at, taking off from, or operation on the Airport. No liability on the part of Lessor will result from the exercise of this right.
