Airbus CBT License. 16.10.4.1.1 The Seller shall grant the Buyer a Licence to use the Airbus CBT, under conditions defined in Appendix C to this Clause 16. 16.10.4.1.2 Supply of sets of CBT Courseware, as defined in Appendix C, and additional to those indicated in Appendix A, as well as any extension to the Licence of such CBT Courseware, shall be subject to terms and conditions to be mutually agreed.
