Common use of Aircraft and Watercraft Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Aircraft and Watercraft Liability Insurance. If Contractor or any Contractor Parties utilize any aircraft or watercraft in the performance of the Services, aircraft and/or watercraft liability insurance for owned or non- owned aircraft and/or watercraft used to limits of not less than $10,000,000 inclusive per hull for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss of use and limits of not less than $10,000,000 for aircraft passenger hazard.

Aircraft and Watercraft Liability Insurance. If Contractor Aircraft and watercraft liability insurance with respect to owned or any Contractor Parties utilize any non-owned aircraft and watercraft if used directly or watercraft indirectly in the performance of the ServicesWork, aircraft and/or watercraft liability insurance for owned or non- owned aircraft and/or watercraft used including use of additional premises, shall be subject to limits of not less than $10,000,000 [REDACTED] inclusive per hull occurrence for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss of or use thereof and limits of not less than $10,000,000 [REDACTED] for aircraft passenger hazard. Such insurance shall be in a form acceptable to the Owner and the Lender.

If Contractor or any Contractor Parties utilize any if aircraft or watercraft watercraft, including unmanned aerial or marine vehicles, are used in the performance of the ServicesWork, then Contractor will obtain and maintain or cause to be obtained and maintained aircraft liability and/or watercraft liability insurance for owned or non- owned aircraft and/or watercraft used to limits (as applicable), with a limit of not less than $10,000,000 inclusive 5,000,000 per hull accident or occurrence for bodily injury, death, injury (including death resulting therefrom) and damage to property including loss of use and limits of not less than $10,000,000 per passenger for aircraft passenger hazard., in the form acceptable to SITE;
