Aircraft Applicability. Unless otherwise stated, the terms of this Letter Agreement shall only apply to the Exercised Option Aircraft and Applicable Purchase Right Aircraft.
Aircraft Applicability. The terms of this Letter Agreement are applicable only to the firm Aircraft included in Table 1 of the Purchase Agreement at the time of signing, that have scheduled Delivery Dates during the time period through July 2014 (the Included Aircraft).
