Aircraft Appraisals. No later than April 30 of each calendar year, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent an Aircraft Appraisal dated no earlier than March 31 (and no later than April 30) of such calendar year. Without limiting the foregoing, the Borrower shall cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent an additional current Aircraft Appraisal during any calendar year as soon as practicable following a request therefor by the Administrative Agent, but in no event, later than 90 days after such request.
