Aircraft Description Exhibit Clause Samples

The Aircraft Description Exhibit is a section of an agreement that provides a detailed specification of the aircraft involved in the transaction. It typically includes information such as the make, model, serial number, registration details, and a list of installed equipment or modifications. By clearly identifying the exact aircraft and its features, this exhibit ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of what is being delivered or leased, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over the aircraft's identity or configuration.
