Aircraft Marking Clause Samples

The Aircraft Marking clause defines the requirements for the identification markings that must be displayed on an aircraft. Typically, this clause specifies the type, size, and placement of registration numbers, national insignia, or other identifying symbols in accordance with applicable aviation regulations. For example, it may require that the aircraft's registration number be painted on both sides of the fuselage and under the wing in a contrasting color. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the aircraft can be easily and legally identified, thereby supporting regulatory compliance and enhancing operational safety.
