Aircraft Marking. Lessee agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to (i) cause the Airframe, any Propellers and the Engines to be kept numbered with the identification or serial number therefor as specified in Schedule 1; (ii) prominently display on the Aircraft that “N” number, and only that “N” number specified in Schedule 1, or such other “N” number as has been approved in writing by the Lessor and duly recorded with the FAA; (iii) (A) notify Lessor in writing not less than thirty (30) days prior to making any change in the configuration, appearance or coloring of the Aircraft (other than changes mandated by the FAA or that are reasonably consistent with the configuration, appearance and coloring on the Acceptance Date), and (B) at Lessor’s request, either (x) restore the Aircraft to the configuration, appearance and coloring as of the Acceptance Date (other than changes that were mandated by the FAA) or (y) pay Lessor an amount equal to the reasonable cost of such restoration; and (iv) affix and maintain in the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate and on each Engine a metal nameplate bearing the Aircraft Marking specified in Lease Supplement 2 and such other markings as from time to time may be required by law or otherwise deemed necessary or advisable by Lessor in order to protect Lessor’s title to the Aircraft and Lessor’s rights hereunder. Lessee will not operate the Aircraft until such Aircraft Markings have been placed thereon. Lessee will promptly replace or repair, as applicable, any such Aircraft Marking that may be removed, defaced or destroyed.

Aircraft Marking. Lessee agrees, at its own cost and expense, to (i) cause the Airframe and the Engines to be kept numbered with the identification or serial number therefor as specified in Schedule No. 1 to Lease Supplement No. 1 hereof; (ii) prominently display on the Aircraft that “N” number, and only that “N” number, specified in Schedule No. 1 to Lease Supplement No. 1 or such other “N” number as has been approved in writing by the Lessor and duly recorded with the FAA; (iii) notify Lessor in writing thirty (30) days prior to making any change in the configuration, appearance or coloring of the Aircraft from the time the Aircraft is accepted by Lessee hereunder (other than changes in configuration mandated by the FAA or changes which are reasonably consistent with the configuration, appearance and coloring of the Aircraft as of the Acceptance Date) and in the event of any such change or modification of configuration, coloring or appearance, (other than as permitted hereby) at the request of Lessor to restore the Aircraft to the configuration, coloring and/or appearance of the Aircraft as of the Acceptance Date or, at Lessor’s option to pay to Lessor an amount equal to the reasonable cost of such restoration and (iv) affix and maintain in the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate and on each Engine a two-inch by four-inch plaque made of metal or other permanent material or permanently painted stencil bearing the following legend: “This property is Owned by and Leased from Fleet Capital Corporation, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx 00000. Any removal, alteration, disposal or other change in the condition or location of this property must be approved by the Owner-Lessor.” and such other markings as from time to time may be required by law or otherwise deemed necessary or advisable by Lessor in order to protect the title of Lessor to the Aircraft and the rights of Lessor under this Lease.
Aircraft Marking. Lessee agrees, at its own cost and expense, to -------- ------- (i) cause the Airframe and the Engines to be kept numbered with the identification or serial numbers specified in Schedule 1 to this Lease; (ii) prominently display on the Aircraft that N number, and only that N number, specified in Schedule 1; and (iii) at Lessor's request, affix and maintain in the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate and on each Engine a name plate naming Lessor as owner and identifying the rights under this Lease of Lessor. Lessee will replace promptly any such name plate which may be removed, defaced or destroyed. Lessee may cause the Aircraft to be painted in the livery and with the logo of the Lessee. The reference to Lessee in this paragraph shall also refer to any Permitted Sublessee.

The Lessee will promptly replace any such Aircraft Marking which may be removed, defaced or destroyed.
Aircraft Marking. Lessee agrees, at Lessee's expense, to, (i) cause the Airframe and Engines to be kept numbered with the registration number and/or serial number therefor as specified in the Supplement; (ii) maintain the equivalent passenger configuration, appearance and coloring of the Aircraft as when accepted by Lessee hereunder or as otherwise approved by Lessor which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; (iii) affix and maintain on the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate and on each Engine a metal nameplate bearing such information as Lessor requests and bearing such other information as from time to time is required by law or applicable regulations or as is otherwise necessary in order to protect the title of Lessor to the Aircraft and each Engine and the rights of Lessor under the Lease.
Aircraft Marking. Lessee agrees, at its own cost and expense, to (a) cause the Airframe and the Engines to be conspicuously identified with the Registration Number N57VP; (b) notify Lessor of any change in an Engine serial number resulting from a replacement of an Engine pursuant to this Lease and file an appropriate Lease Supplement with the FAA with respect thereto; (c) prominently display on the Aircraft the Registration Number N57VP; (d) affix and maintain in the Aircraft reasonably adjacent to the airworthiness certificate a nameplate bearing the Aircraft Registration Number and such other markings as from time to time may be required by law or otherwise deemed necessary or advisable by Lessor in order to protect the title of Lessor to the Aircraft and the rights of Lessor under this Lease.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.
