Common use of Aircraft Payments Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Payments. The payments of the Aircraft Allocation Amount for any ACS Group Aircraft to be made pursuant to Section 3.05(a)(ii) to any Seller shall, subject to the delivery as to such ACS Group Aircraft of the Written Notice referred to in Section 3.05(a), be made as so provided notwithstanding the giving of any Default Notice or any other exercise of remedies hereunder.
