Embraer has supplied, [*], copies of operational and maintenance publications applicable thereto, in the English language and in the quantities as specified in item "3" of Attachment "B", other than those to be supplied by Embraer together with each Aircraft at delivery. Such publications are issued under the applicable specification and are available in hard copies [*], and subsequently at a nominal fee. Such publications, to the extent not previously supplied by Embraer, will be delivered together with the Aircraft.
