Aireon Recommendations. The Contractor shall in good faith consider any recommendations of Aireon as to any aspect of the Work to be performed hereunder, but for the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor will remain solely responsible for the performance of the Work in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, including the SOW and specifications, except as set forth in a Change Order in accordance with Article 14.
