Common use of AIRLINE RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

AIRLINE RIGHTS. AIRLINE shall have the following rights to use the Airfield, the Premises, and other areas of the Airport (to the extent necessary for any such permitted use) for the conduct of AIRLINE’s Air Transportation Business at the Airport. These rights are subject to the terms of this Agreement and to MAC Rules and Regulations and Ordinances. These rights are as follows:
