Common use of Airport Alterations and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Airport Alterations and Improvements. Tenant acknowledges that from time to time the Commission may undertake construction, repair or other activities related to the operation, maintenance and repair of the Premises or the Airport that will require temporary accommodation by Tenant. The Commission agrees to provide to Tenant reasonable notice of such activities and the potential impacts of such activities on Tenant’s operations. Tenant agrees to accommodate the Commission in such activities even though ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s own operations may be inconvenienced or partially impaired. Tenant further agrees that no liability shall attach to the Commission, its members, employees, agents or contractors by reason of such inconvenience or impairment, provided that the Commission uses reasonable efforts in such alteration or improvement activities not to unreasonably interfere with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s operations at the Airport.
