Common use of Akbank Direct Clause in Contracts

Akbank Direct. In this system, the Customer is allowed to link to the Bank via internet channels (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, etc.) by using the equipments meeting the technical requirements and conditions, and to give instructions via internet, and to execute all kinds of transactions and inquiries permitted by the Bank on his own accounts, as well as all other transactions that may be permitted by the Bank in the future, by using customer/user name or password solely and exclusively granted to the Customer hereunder or any password or other security elements that may be sent by the Bank to the Customer through devices or applications generating one-time passwords or other technologies that may be used in accordance with the international security standards. Passwords determined and used between the parties hereunder will be considered and treated as acceptance/confirmation of the underlying transaction effected by and between the parties to this Agreement.
