No alarm license of the Borrower or any other Loan Party has been suspended for more than 3 consecutive Business Days and, to the Borrower’s and each other Loan Party’s knowledge, there are no unresolved complaints or indictments by any state bureau of consumer affairs or attorney general, except to the extent such suspension, complaints or indictments, as applicable, would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
