Alarm Maintenance. 16.4.1 The Collocator has the ability to purchase its own remote monitoring and alarming equipment. 16.4.2 Since the maintenance of the Collocator’s equipment is at the direction and control of the Collocator, AT&T- 21STATE will not be responsible for responding to alarms and will only conduct maintenance and repair activities at the direction of the Collocator with the option discussed for during emergencies.
