Alcohol & Security Guards. (a) Alcohol is not permitted in the Centre without proof to CALM of the appointment of security guards. (b) CALM requires the engagement of one security guard for every 50 people attending the Centre, where alcohol is present. The cost must be paid by the hirer, per CALM’s Schedule of Fees andCharges. (c) No 16th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st birthday parties are allowed, irrespective of whether alcohol is present at the Centre or not. (d) The sale of alcohol is only permitted for charitable organisations and to this extent, an application to the Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority for an Application for Limited licence- single function at least 28 days before the function. Refer to xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx for further information regarding regulations and fees. A copy of the Limited Licence- single function must be provided to CALM prior to obtaining access to the Centre.

A copy of the Limited Licence- single function must be provided to Council prior to obtaining access to the hall. b) Where guests are under the age of 21 Council requires assurance that there will be a ratio of one (1) adult over 21 years of age to every 10 guests under 21 (with the exception of school concerts or similar events). The adult supervisors must be capable of maintaining order at the functions. Failure to provide this ratio of supervision may result in forfeiture of all or part of bond regardless of damages caused. c) Should Council determine a static security guard or guards are required the hirer must provide Council with proof of security contractor engaged including copy of signed contract and paid invoice at least 1 week prior to booking date.

  • Security Safeguards Contractor shall store and process District Data in accordance with commercial best practices, including implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that are no less rigorous than those outlined in SANS Top 20 Security Controls, as amended, to secure such data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and use. Contractor shall ensure that all such safeguards, including the manner in which District Data is collected, accessed, used, stored, processed, disposed of and disclosed, comply with all applicable federal and state data protection and privacy laws, regulations and directives, including without limitation C.R.S. § 00-00-000 et seq., as well as the terms and conditions of this Addendum. Without limiting the foregoing, and unless expressly agreed to the contrary in writing, Contractor warrants that all electronic District Data will be encrypted in transmission and at rest in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-57, as amended.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

  • Technical Security Controls 35 a. Workstation/Laptop encryption. All workstations and laptops that store PHI COUNTY 36 discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of 37 COUNTY either directly or temporarily must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which 1 is 128bit or higher, such as AES. The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the 2 COUNTY.

  • Contractor and Employee Security Precautions The security aspects of working at the Correctional Facility are critical. The following security precautions are part of the site conditions and are a part of this Contract. All persons coming on the site in any way connected with this Work shall be made aware of them, and it is the (General) Contractor’s responsibility to check and enforce them.

  • Technical Safeguards 1. USAC and DSS will process the data matched and any data created by the match under the immediate supervision and control of authorized personnel to protect the confidentiality of the data, so unauthorized persons cannot retrieve any data by computer, remote terminal, or other means. 2. USAC and DSS will strictly limit authorization to these electronic data areas necessary for the authorized user to perform their official duties. All data in transit will be encrypted using algorithms that meet the requirements of the Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 140-2 or 140-3 (when applicable). 3. Authorized system users will be identified by User ID and password, and individually tracked to safeguard against the unauthorized access and use of the system. System logs of all user actions will be saved, tracked and monitored periodically. 4. USAC will transmit data to DSS via encrypted secure file delivery system. For each request, a response will be sent back to USAC to indicate success or failure of transmission.

  • Personnel Security 6.1 Staff recruitment in accordance with government requirements for pre- employment checks; 6.2 Staff training and awareness of Departmental security and any specific contract requirements.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • Reasonable Restrictions The Parties acknowledge that the foregoing restrictions, as well as the duration and the territorial scope thereof as set forth in this ARTICLE IV, are under all of the circumstances reasonable and necessary for the protection of the Company and its business.

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Cybersecurity Training A. Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with the requirements of Section 2054.5192 of the Texas Government Code relating to cybersecurity training and required verification of completion of the training program. B. Contractor represents and warrants that if Contractor or Subcontractors, officers, or employees of Contractor have access to any state computer system or database, the Contractor, Subcontractors, officers, and employees of Contractor shall complete cybersecurity training pursuant to and in accordance with Government Code, Section 2054.5192.
