Common use of Alcohol Testing Clause in Contracts

Alcohol Testing. a. Alcohol tests are conducted using a breathalyzer screening test. Employees who test 0.02 or higher will be required to submit to a confirmation test. Test results will be issued only to the County’s Drug and Alcohol Policy Coordinator. The results will be sent by certified mail or hand-delivered to the employee within three (3) working days of receipt of the results by the County.
