Registry Operator may offer the Alert Service, which is a registry service that allows users to receive email and/or EPP polling alerts from the Registry Operator when a domain name is registered that matches a regular expression specified for a base domain name. Registry Operator may offer the Read-Only SRS service, which is a registry service that allows users to access the SRS via EPP in read-only mode. Users may be Registrars or any other third party.
