Alignment Efforts Sample Clauses

The Alignment Efforts clause establishes the obligation for parties to coordinate and ensure their actions, objectives, or deliverables are consistent with each other throughout the course of their agreement. In practice, this may involve regular meetings, sharing of information, or joint planning sessions to maintain a unified approach and avoid conflicting activities. The core function of this clause is to promote collaboration and prevent misunderstandings or misaligned efforts that could undermine the success of the partnership or project.
Alignment Efforts. AHCCCS will continue to work with stakeholders to establish practices which improve alignment for Full Benefit Dual Eligible Members. The beneficiary’s choice of MAO shall be fully respected, and consequently, misalignment may occur. MAO shall maximize integrated care coordination activities for enrolled ACC, ALTCS E-PD, ALTCS DD, or ACC-RBHA health plan Full Benefit Dual Eligible Members (see ACOM Policy 107).
