Alipay Transfer Rules and Laws. ▪ Use of the Alipay Transfer Service is subject to all applicable U.S. federal and state laws, regulations, rules and funds transfer arrangements, including all regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, as may be applicable; and any foreign laws or rules applicable to our Services Providers and/or the receiver and their accounts. Any transfers initiated using our Alipay Transfer Service that violate the foregoing are prohibited.
