Common use of All Accounts Paid Clause in Contracts

All Accounts Paid. All account xxxxxxxx which have been received by the Company for work, labor or materials in connection with the Acquired Assets or the Business have been paid in the ordinary course of the routine affairs of the Business and as of the Closing Date.
