All Asset Filings. If Lender believes that an “all-asset” collateral description, as contemplated by Section 9-504(2) of the UCC, is appropriate as to any Collateral under any Loan Document, Lender is irrevocably authorized to use such a collateral description, whether in one or more separate filings or as part of the collateral description in a filing that particularly describes the Collateral.
