All Available Remedies. If the dispute has not been resolved pursuant to Informal Dispute Resolution under Section 16.4, Commission Dispute Resolution under Section 16.5.1, or binding arbitration under Section 16.6, then both Parties may resort to any and all available judicial and/or regulatory remedies.
