All Credit Extensions After The Closing Date. The obligation of each Lender and Issuing Bank to honor any request for a Credit Extension (other than (i) a Request for Credit Extension requesting only a conversion of Loans to the other Type or a continuation of Eurodollar Loans and (ii) any Request for Credit Extension under an Incremental Facility pursuant to Section 2.19) after the Closing Date is subject to the satisfaction (or waiver in accordance with Section 10.08) of the following conditions precedent:
