All Early Voting Clause Samples

All Early Voting ballots (those cast by mail and those cast by personal appearance) shall be prepared for counting by the Early Voting Ballot Board in accordance with Section 87.000 of the Texas Election Code. The Contracting Officer shall appoint the presiding judge of this Board.
