Common use of ALL FEES AND EXPENSES PAID Clause in Contracts

ALL FEES AND EXPENSES PAID. All fees due under or with respect to the credit facility provided to the Borrower by the Agent prior to the amendment and restatement of this Agreement, and all costs and expenses incurred by the Agent in connection with such credit facility (including the fees and expenses of counsel to the Agent) shall have been paid in full.
