All Indenture Provisions Subject to Article Three. Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, all the provisions of this Second Supplemental Indenture shall be subject to the provisions of this Article Three, so far as the same may be applicable thereto. The provisions of this Article Three shall not apply to amounts due and owing to the Trustee under Section 6.7 of the Base Indenture.

Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to authorize the Trustee or the holders of Senior Debt or their Representative to authorize or consent to or accept or adopt on behalf of any Holder any plan of reorganization, arrangement, adjustment or composition affecting the Securities or the rights of any Holder thereof, or to authorize the Trustee or the holders of Senior Debt or their Representative to vote in respect of the claim of any Holder in any such proceeding.

  • Right of the Company to Redeem the Notes The Company will have the right to redeem the Notes for cash in the manner, and subject to the terms, set forth in Section 4.03 of the Indenture.
