Common use of All Lender matters Clause in Contracts

Subject to Clause 45.5(a) (Changes to reference rates), an amendment of or waiver or consent in relation to any term of any Finance Document that has the effect of changing or which relates to: (a) the definition of "Majority Lenders", "Prohibited Person", "Restricted Party", "Sanctions Authority", "Sanctioned Country", "Sanctions Laws" or "Sanctions List" in Clause 1.1 (Definitions);
