All Loans and Letters of Credit. The obligation of the Lenders to make any Loan on a Borrowing Date, and the obligation of the Issuing Bank to issue a Letter of Credit on a Borrowing Date, is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent as of the date of such Loan or Letter of Credit:
