All Loans One Obligation. All Obligations of Borrower to DFS under this Agreement and all other agreements between Borrower and DFS shall constitute one obligation to DFS secured by the security interest granted in this Agreement, and by all other Liens heretofore, now, or at any time or times hereafter granted by Borrower. All of the rights of DFS set forth in this Agreement shall apply to any modification of or supplement to this Agreement, or Exhibits hereto, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
