Common use of All Necessary Actions Clause in Contracts

All Necessary Actions. All actions to be taken by the Sellers and/or any of their Subsidiaries in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and all certificates, opinions, instruments and other documents required to be delivered by the Sellers and/or any of their Subsidiaries to effect the transactions contemplated hereby will be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Buyer. The Buyer may waive any condition specified in this Section 6.1 if it executes a writing so stating at or prior to the Closing and such waiver shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision in this Agreement unless such writing specifically so states.
