All Obligations to Constitute Joint and Several Obligations. (a) All Obligations shall constitute joint and several obligations of the Borrowers and shall be secured by the Administrative Agent’s Lien upon all of the Collateral, and by all other Liens heretofore, now or at any time hereafter granted by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, the Bank Product Providers or the Lender-Related Hedge Providers, to the extent provided in the Loan Documents.
