Common use of All Other Residents Clause in Contracts

All Other Residents. All Residents who are not in the FYE program may purchase a dining plan through Chartwells, the University’s food service contractor. Dining Plans purchased directly through Chartwells are not part of this Contract and separate cancellation and refund policies may apply.
