All Other States. 5.3.6.2.1 Subject to the preceding sections, for all other states, the non-recurring and recurring rates for the Currently Combined EEL combinations set forth in Section 5.3.4 and other Currently Combined network elements will be the sum of the recurring rates for the individual network elements plus a non recurring charge set forth in Exhibit B of this Attachment.
