All Other Transfers and Exchanges of Book-Entry Interests in Global Notes. A holder may transfer or exchange a Book-Entry Interest in Global Notes in a transaction not subject to Section 2.06(b)(1) above only if the Transfer Agent (copied to the Trustee and the Registrar) receives either: (A) both: (i) a written order from a Participant or an Indirect Participant given to the Custodian in accordance with the Applicable Procedures directing the Custodian to credit or cause to be credited a Book-Entry Interest in another Global Note in an amount equal to the Book-Entry Interest to be transferred or exchanged; and (ii) instructions given by the Custodian in accordance with the Applicable Procedures containing information regarding the Participant’s account to be credited with such increase; or (B) both: (i) a written order from a Participant or an Indirect Participant given to the Custodian in accordance with the Applicable Procedures directing the Custodian to cause to be issued a Definitive Registered Note in an amount equal to the Book-Entry Interest to be transferred or exchanged; and (ii) instructions given by the Custodian to the Registrar containing information specifying the identity of the Person in whose name such Definitive Registered Note shall be registered to effect the transfer or exchange referred to in (1) above, the principal amount of such securities and the CUSIP, ISIN or other similar number identifying the Senior Secured Notes, as applicable,

Upon satisfaction of all of the requirements for transfer or exchange of Book-Entry Interests in Global Notes contained in this Indenture and the Notes or otherwise applicable under the Securities Act, the Trustee shall adjust the principal amount of such securities and the CUSIP, ISIN or other similar number identifying the Senior Secured Notes, as applicable,relevant Global Note(s) pursuant to Section 2.11.
