Except to the extent that a Holder of an Allowed Postpetition Securitization Program Claim agrees to less favorable treatment, any Claims against the Debtors arising under the Postpetition Securitization Program or the Postpetition Securitization Program Orders shall be (a) paid in full in Cash in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Postpetition Securitization Program or (b) consensually amended and extended on the Effective Date into the Exit Securitization Program.
