Common use of All Proceedings to be Satisfactory Clause in Contracts

All Proceedings to be Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by the Company and Seller in connection with the Transaction contemplated hereby and all documents incident thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer and its counsel, and Buyer and its counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they reasonably may request.

All Proceedings to be Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by Seller, Target and the Company and Seller Subsidiaries in connection with the Transaction contemplated hereby Transactions and all documents incident thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer and its counsel, and Buyer and its said counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as they reasonably it may request.

All Proceedings to be Satisfactory. All corporate and other proceedings to be taken by the Company and Seller Buyer in connection with the Transaction transactions contemplated hereby hereby, and all documents incident thereto shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Buyer the Company and its counsel, and Buyer the Company and its said counsel shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified or other copies of such documents as it or they may reasonably may request.
