All Property. This Security Instrument grants to Lender a lien on, and security interest in, all of Borrower's right, title and interest in and to all of the real property, personal property, equipment and fixtures currently used in the operation of the business located on the Property (other than equipment and personal property of tenants or guests of the Land and/or the Improvements, or any part thereof).
