All Rights Necessary. The easement granted hereby includes all rights necessary for the full use and enjoyment of the above rights, including, but not limited to, (a) the right to grade, compact, pave and repave so much of access easement as is necessary to accommodate vehicular and pedestrian traffic to and from Lot 2; (b) the right to access and disturb so much of the area under, over, and adjacent to any Utilities as may be necessary to construct, operate, maintain, repair, reconstruct, and replace the same; and (c) the right to construct, operate, maintain, repair, reconstruct, and replace pipes, basins, manholes, structures, facilities and other apparatus (collectively, “Drainage Facilities”) as may be reasonably necessary for Drainage. Any Drainage Facilities or Utilities lines not located below the surface shall require OWNER 1’s advanced approval.

  • Recall Rights 12.1 The parties agree that Local boards will increase the length of time contained in their local collective agreements providing rights to recall by an additional two (2) years.

The Authority shall have the right to inspect the records of the Concessionaire during office hours and require copies of relevant extracts of books of accounts, duly certified by the Statutory Auditors, to be provided to the Authority for verification of basis of payments, and in the event of any discrepancy or error being found, the same shall be rectified and such rectified account shall form the basis of payments by either Party under this Agreement.

  • Change in Laws and Compliance with Laws Grantee shall comply with all laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines applicable to a Grantee providing services and products required by the Grant Agreement to the State of Texas, as these laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines currently exist and as amended throughout the term of the Grant Agreement. Notwithstanding Section 11.1, Amendments, above, System Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to unilaterally amend the Grant Agreement to incorporate any modifications necessary for System Agency’s compliance, as an agency of the State of Texas, with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, requirements and guidelines.

  • LICENSES AND LAWS 25 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 26 the term of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, 27 accreditations, waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and 28 required by the laws, regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, 29 COUNTY, and all other applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify 30 ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the 31 pendency of any hearings or appeals, permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers 32 and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.

  • Applicable Laws The Contractor agrees to conduct all activities under this Agreement in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, directives, standards, ordinances, and laws, in effect or promulgated during the term of this Agreement, including without limitation, workers’ compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary and wage statutes and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations. When required, the Contractor shall furnish H-GAC with satisfactory proof of its compliance therewith.

  • Minimum Data Necessary Shared The Provider attests that the Student Data request by the Provider from the LEA in order for the LEA to access the Provider’s products and/or services is limited to the Student Data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the K-12 school purposes for which it is processed.

  • Steps STEP 1: The designated Union Representative(s), with or without the employee, shall attempt to resolve the matter with the employee's immediate supervisor within twenty-one (21) calendar days after the employee, through the use of reasonable diligence, should have had knowledge of the first occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievance. The supervisor shall then attempt to resolve the matter and shall respond to the Union Representative within seven (7) calendar days.
