All Shares Subject to this Agreement. The BAT Shareholder (for and on behalf of itself and each BAT Group Permitted Holder) agrees that it shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to all Shares owned and/or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the BAT Shareholder and each other BAT Group Permitted Holder from time to time.
