All Shares Subject to this Agreement. All Shares shall be held subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Stockholder thereof shall be deemed a holder for purposes of this Agreement, as follows: (i) Any Shares hereafter acquired by any Stockholder shall be held by such Person subject to the provisions of this Agreement and such Person shall be deemed to be a Stockholder for purposes of such additional Shares; and (ii) Any Stockholder who ceases to own any Shares as provided for in this Agreement shall cease to be a Stockholder for purposes of such Shares no longer so owned.
