The DEPARTMENT or the RECIPIENT may change their respective staff contacts without the concurrence of either party. The RECIPIENT acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to thoroughly review the terms of this agreement, the attachments, all incorporated or referenced documents, as well as all applicable statutes, rules, and guidelines mentioned in this agreement.
