Alliance Activities. During the Alliance Term, the parties shall conduct CDPs solely in accordance with the terms of each CDP Plan. The collection of all CDP Plans shall constitute the “Alliance Plan”, as initially documented in Exhibit A. New mutually-agreed CDP Plans, or CDP Plans revised pursuant to a Change Order, shall be incorporated into a revised Alliance Plan. Such revised Alliance Plan shall be incorporated into this Agreement and shall supersede or supplement the previous Alliance Plan.
Alliance Activities. ODEP and AUCD agree to work together to carry out activities in some of the following areas: Share expertise and disseminate information on hiring, advancing, and retaining workers with disabilities, including veterans with disabilities. Promote and disseminate information about ODEP resources to AUCD members. ODEP resources include, but are not limited to, the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN), the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth (NCWD), the Partnership on Employment and Accessible Technology (PEAT), the National Center on Leadership for the Employment and Economic Advancement of People with Disabilities (LEAD),Employment First State Leadership Mentoring Program (EFSLMP) Community of Practice, plus practices and policies to increase disability inclusion in the workplace. Build awareness and use of the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) as a hiring tool for AUCD members and their stakeholder communities. Develop and publicize resources on the value of hiring and retaining talented workers with disabilities including veterans with disabilities. Such resources might include, but are not limited to, how-to-guides and other educational materials, success stories, and case studies developed collaboratively or by individual parties. Identify emerging issues to which the Alliance should direct particular attention and resources, and determine how best to communicate relevant and useful information related to these issues. Speak, exhibit, and/or appear at mutually agreed upon ODEP and AUCD events. As appropriate, convene and/or participate in membership meetings focused on forging innovative strategies for recruiting, hiring, retaining and promoting job candidates and employees with disabilities. Provide technical assistance to employers and employees regarding replicable disability employment strategies, policies and effective practices. Participate in meetings and/or discussions with representatives from other ODEP Alliances to exchange information on various disability employment issues that are being addressed and to explore opportunities for additional collaborative activities. Carry out other activities, as mutually agreed upon, that promote the hiring, advancement, and retention of individuals with disabilities.

Promote and disseminate information on ODEP resources to PBATS members and others. ODEP resources include, but are not limited to, the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), the Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN), the Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP). Develop and publicize resources on the value of hiring and retaining individuals with disabilities, including veterans with disabilities. Such resources include, but are not limited to, educational materials, success stories, and case studies developed collaboratively or by individual parties Identify issues of specific concern to employers to which the Alliance should direct particular attention and resources, and determine how best to communicate relevant information to them. Speak, exhibit, and/or appear at mutually agreed upon ODEP and PBATS events. As appropriate, convene and/or participate in stakeholder meetings focused on sharing information about innovative strategies for recruiting, hiring, retaining and promoting people with disabilities. Provide technical assistance to employers and employees regarding replicable disability employment strategies, policies and effective practices. Participate in meetings and/or discussions with representatives from other ODEP Alliances to exchange information on various disability employment issues that are being addressed and to explore opportunities for additional collaborative activities. Alliance Activities. The signatory counties agree to work together on the following types of activities for their mutual benefit: • Joint grant-writing and other resource development to support Alliance activities; • Joint political advocacy opportunities to move the SOCEA clean energy/economic development agenda at local, state, and federal levels. • Joint clean energy resource assessments and feasibility studies, especially on issues of mutual concern (e.g. biomass resource assessments, infrastructure and workforce assessments) • Joint clean energy project development, particularly for those counties affected by a particular proposal, including facility siting, collection and transportation of raw resources, development of adequate infrastructure to support the project, and assistance in obtaining incentives and financing. • Joint marketing/outreach of the region as a “fertile ground” for clean energy business development. The preceding list is not exhaustive or prescriptive.
Alliance Activities. 4.1 During the Term of this Agreement, GoAmerica shall grant to RIM a royalty free, non-exclusive right and license in the Territory to: a) use, execute, copy, distribute by way of sublicense, and maintain the Application in object code form (including, without limitation, all revised or upgraded versions of the Application, if any) for the purpose of including the Application on Handhelds in conjunction with the BlackBerry Wireless Email Solution pursuant to marketing GoAmerica's wireless portal service; and b) make, have made, sell, offer for sale, export from the United States and Canada and import into the United States and Canada (the "Territory") products containing the Application in object code form. 4.2 Without limiting the foregoing, GoAmerica shall grant a, perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive right and license to the end-users of RIM's Handhelds to use the Application in conjunction with the Handhelds. 4.3 [Note to draft: this issue is dealt with in 4.6 below.] 4.4 GoAmerica shall provide the Application to RIM in a complete and functioning form, acceptable to RIM and on a media acceptable to both Parties. GoAmerica shall also deliver to RIM such documentation as may accompany and/or is related to the Application. In addition, GoAmerica shall provide to RIM, at GoAmerica's expense, all applicable documentation, and all future upgrades, new releases, improvements and enhancements within [**] of such documentation, upgrades, new releases and improvements becoming generally commercially available. GoAmerica agrees to give RIM reasonable notice prior to upgrading the Application, and such notice shall be given no later than notice is given to any other third party. GoAmerica acknowledges that RIM's timely inclusion of upgrades, new releases, improvements and enhancements pertaining to the Application on or with RIM Handhelds is dependent upon GoAmerica's timely provision of such upgrades, new releases, improvements and enhancements to RIM. 4.5 GoAmerica agrees to test the Application (as reasonably required by RIM) to ensure quality and show proof of such testing to RIM prior to the inclusion of the Application on or with RIM Handhelds. GoAmerica also agrees to maintain support and operations of the Application during the term of this Agreement in a commercially reasonable manner, and shall provide such support and operations in accordance with any maintenance and support agreements or guidelines in effect between the Parties at the time of this ...

Alliance Activities. In an effort to identify and build additional Alliance Activities, OCCA SA and SAPMA agree: (A) During the Term of this Alliance Agreement, each organisation shall extend to the respective members of the other organisation member registration rates and discounts for selected meetings, seminars and other events in South Africa. (B) OCCA SA and SAPMA will promote appropriate publications, technical meetings, training courses, professional qualifications and membership of the other Party. (C) OCCA SA and SAPMA will seek to identify potential future projects to generate revenue and to benefit the respective bodies. (D) OCCA SA and SAPMA will seek to create a stronger combined voice in order to influence and represent the respective voices of their memberships. (E) The combined Parties will seek to strengthen their combined knowledge base through shared committees, information and members’ skills and backgrounds. (F) OCCA SA's will support of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s training and educational programmes. This by offering lecturers additional learning material, student tutelage/ mentorship as required and as feasible/practical. Students of Module 1 will be signed up as OCCA SA student members. (G) Any additional co-operation that may be required over time and to cover matters that may be for the mutual benefit of the parties and/or by extension the SA Coatings Industry itself.

Promote and disseminate information on ODEP and NWPC resources to NWPC members, ODEP stakeholders, and others. Develop and publicize resources on the value of hiring and retaining people living with HIV/AIDS and other people with disabilities. Such resources include, but are not limited to, educational materials, success stories, and case studies developed collaboratively or by individual parties Identify issues of specific concern to employers and others to which the Alliance should direct particular attention and resources, and determine how best to communicate relevant information to these constituencies.
Alliance Activities. Specifically, ODEP and NOND agree to work together to carry out the following activities: • Share expertise and information on hiring, advancing, and retaining healthcare professionals with disabilities, specifically targeting veterans and others with disabilities interested in healthcare careers, mature workers, and employers in the healthcare industry from the date of the last signature to this agreement (below). • Promote and disseminate information on ODEP resources to NOND members, and others in the healthcare industry. ODEP resources include, but are not limited to, the Job Accommodation Network (JAN), the Employer Assistance and Resource Network (EARN), the Workforce Recruitment Program • Develop and publicize resources on the value of hiring and retaining veterans and other individuals with disabilities in the healthcare sector, including educational materials, success stories, and case studies developed collaboratively or by individual parties. • Identify issues of specific concern to employers to which the Alliance should direct particular attention and resources, and determine how best to communicate relevant information to this constituency. • Speak, exhibit, and/or appear at mutually agreed upon ODEP and NOND events. • As appropriate, convene and/or participate in stakeholder meetings focused on forging innovative strategies for recruiting, hiring, retaining and promoting people with disabilities. • Provide technical assistance to employers and employees regarding replicable disability employment strategies, policies and effective practices. • Participate in meetings and/or discussions with representatives from other ODEP Alliances to exchange information on various disability employment issues that are being addressed and to explore opportunities for additional collaborative activities. • Carry out other activities, as mutually agreed upon, that promote the hiring, advancement, and retention of individuals with disabilities in the healthcare industry.
Alliance Activities. If two or more Parties participate in the provision of a Subsea Well Intervention System to one or more third parties, whether as a primary contractor, subcontractor or joint contractor, as provided in Section 2.7(f) hereof (an “Alliance Activity”), such Parties shall jointly manage the design, development, manufacture, promotion, and marketing of, and negotiation of and contracting for, as applicable and appropriate for the relevant Alliance Activity, the applicable Subsea Well Intervention Systems to such third parties.
