Common use of Alliance Manager Clause in Contracts

Alliance Manager. Within 30 days of the Effective Date, each Party shall also appoint an individual to act as the Alliance Manager for such Party. Each Alliance Manager shall thereafter be permitted to attend meetings of the JSC and any sub-committee as a nonvoting observer. The Alliance Managers shall be the primary point of contact for the Parties regarding the collaboration activities contemplated by this Agreement (other than the activities/responsibilities of the Project Leader outlined in Section 4.1. above) and shall help facilitate all such activities hereunder.

Alliance Manager. Within 30 ten (10) days of the Effective Date, each Party shall also appoint an individual to act as the Alliance Manager for such Party. Within 30 thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, each Party shall also will appoint an individual (from the Party or from an Affiliate of such Party) who possesses a general understanding of Research, Development and Manufacturing issues to act as the Alliance Manager for such Party. Each Alliance Manager shall thereafter be permitted to attend facilitator of the meetings of the JSC and the first point of contact between the Parties with regard to questions relating to this Agreement or the overall business relationship and related matters between the Parties (the “Alliance Managers”). Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any sub-committee as a nonvoting observertime upon written notice to the other Party. The Alliance Managers shall be the primary point of contact for the Parties regarding the collaboration activities contemplated by this Agreement (other than the activities/responsibilities of the Project Leader outlined in Section 4.1. above) and shall help facilitate all such activities hereunder.Managers:
