Common use of Allied Waste Clause in Contracts

Allied Waste. the Borrower or any Subsidiary shall fail to make any payment (whether of principal or interest and regardless of amount) in respect of any Material Indebtedness, when and as the same shall become due and payable beyond the applicable period of grace, if any, provided in the instrument or agreement under which such Material Indebtedness was created;
