If the amount specified is greater than 80% but less than 100% of the maximum Taxable Wage Base, the 2.7% must be reduced to 2.4%. (d) Next, any remaining Employer contributions and forfeitures will be allocated to all Participants (whether or not they received an allocation under the preceding paragraphs) in the ratio that each Participant's Compensation bears to all Participant's Compensation.
