Allocation Among Class A Units. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all Distributions and allocations made to the Class A Units shall be in the ratio of the number of Class A Units held by each such Limited Partner on the date of such allocation (which allocation date shall be deemed to be the last day of each month) to the total outstanding Class A Units as of such date, and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, without regard to the number of days during such month that the Units were held by each Limited Partner. In the event additional Limited Partners are admitted to the Partnership on different dates during any fiscal year, the income or loss allocated to Limited Partners for that fiscal year shall be apportioned among them in proportion to the number of Class A Units each Limited Partner held from time to time during the fiscal year in accordance with Code Section 706.
