Allocation Among General Partners. In the event that the Interest of the General Partner hereunder is at any time held by more than one General Partner all items which are specifically allocated to the General Partner for any month pursuant to this Article X shall be apportioned among such Persons in such percentages as may from time to time be determined by agreement among them without amendment to this Agreement or consent of the Limited Partner or Consent of the Special Limited Partner.
