Allocation Among Shareholders. One-half of any Escrow Shares released pursuant to this Escrow Agreement shall be delivered to Howell and the other half s▇▇▇▇ ▇e delivered to Davis unless otherwise ▇▇▇▇ed pursuant to Section 4(i) or 4(ii) hereof by Howell or Davis or res▇▇▇▇▇▇ fro▇ ▇▇ award pursuant to Section 4(iii) hereof.
Allocation Among Shareholders. The Consideration shall be allocated among and paid to the Shareholders as set forth on Schedule 2.9 attached hereto.
